Prepare High Protein Börek Roll with Rice Paper

This vegan Börek roll is made with rice paper and filled with a protein-rich filling of spinach, feta, and vegan minced meat. In the air fryer, it is baked to a nice crisp.

Incredible what can be done with rice paper. You can fill it however you like, but I really enjoyed this classic version.

Step-by-step guide

Stir the maple syrup with the soy milk and dip the rice paper sheets in it.

Lay the rice paper overlapping on the work surface, distribute spinach, feta, and ground meat in it, and roll it up like a long wrap.

Roll up from one end to a snail shape, sprinkle with a little sesame, and spray with some oil

Bake in the air fryer at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally if possible.
