  • 25.0g flour

Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung

Prepare Maultaschen

Cut the Maultaschen in half, place them cut side down in the air fryer, distribute onion and ground meat on top, and bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

Mix and bake further

Mix briefly and bake for another 3 minutes

Prepare Béchamel sauce

Meanwhile, melt the margarine, stir in the flour, and bring to a boil with the soy milk. Stir in nutmeg and broth.

Layers and toppings

Pour the tomato sauce over the ravioli, spread béchamel on top, dollop vegan cream, and sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs over it.
