I am Sören.
Since February 2022, I have been a committed vegan. At the same time, I've been doing strength training since 2012 and know how important protein is for a healthy life. That's why I try to develop delicious, vegan yet protein-rich dishes to not only satisfy myself but also to do right by the animals.
Why did I start all of this in the first place?!
Because I couldn't find the exact dishes I was craving. Veganism doesn't always have to mean just lentils and quinoa.
I wanted to continue eating burgers, pasta, and the like, and still get my protein. That's why I started veganizing my favorite dishes, making them rich in protein, and sharing them on the internet 🫶
