About Sören

My training philosophy.

My coaching is based on a simple concept: Success through Enjoyment of Training. Short, effective workouts with exercises you enjoy. This is complemented by a balanced diet without having to forgo anything, along with meaningful regeneration phases.

I've been vegan since February 2022 and have been training in the gym since 2012. That's why I know from my own experience how to optimally combine plant-based nutrition and fitness.

What is the cost of the coaching? +
Most invest between around 6 and 9 euros per day in their care. The exact price depends on your goal and the scope of cooperation and will be determined during the free initial consultation.
I don't eat vegan food yet, can I still participate? +
Yes. The coaching is explicitly also designed for people who are just starting to transition to a vegan diet. You don't have to be perfect from day one.
How much time do I need per week? +
We'll discuss that in our initial consultation. Whether it's 3 or 8 hours a week for training and cooking: I work with what's realistic and what you can implement.
How long does the coaching last? +
Most participants start with 4 months. Real results take time. Most then voluntarily extend.
What happens in the free initial consultation? +
In our initial consultation, we'll talk for about 20-30 minutes about your goals, your daily routine, what has worked for you so far, and what hasn't. This way, we'll get a good picture of your situation and can assess if and how we can help you.
