Whether it's the gym or a home workout without any equipment, the training is designed so you can stick with it long-term and make continuous progress.
In coaching, we regularly review your progress and optimize your plans accordingly. This ensures that you continuously stay on the right track and don't fall back into old habits. Small adjustments ensure that you make long-term progress.

My training philosophy.
My coaching is based on a simple concept: Success through Enjoyment of Training. Short, effective workouts with exercises you enjoy. This is complemented by a balanced diet without having to forgo anything, along with meaningful regeneration phases.
I've been vegan since February 2022 and have been training in the gym since 2012. That's why I know from my own experience how to optimally combine plant-based nutrition and fitness.
