Crispy Tofu Bowl with Crispy Fries

This vegan high-protein bowl combines crispy breaded tofu with homemade air fryer fries. The tofu is marinated in a spicy marinade and coated in panko for the perfect crust.

  • 1.0Price Potato spice

  • 1.0Disc vegan Cheddar

  • Crispy Tofu
  • 300.0g Natural Tofu

  • 3.0EL Skyr Alternative

  • 1.0EL Sriracha

  • 1.0EL soy sauce

  • 1.0EL Mustard

  • 30.0ml soy milk

  • 2.0EL food starch

  • 100.0g Panko

  • Toppings
  • 1.0handful Salad

  • 1.0handful Tomatoes

  • 2.0EL Cocktail sauce

  • 2.0EL Yogurt dressing

  • 1.0EL Fried onions

  • 1.0EL parsley

Step-by-step guide

Prepare potatoes

Cut the potatoes into fries, boil for 5 minutes, then mix with the cornstarch and bake in the air fryer at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Prepare tofu

Press the tofu in a kitchen towel, cut it into sticks, and roll it in the cornstarch.

Mix marinade

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, marinate the tofu in it (preferably for 30 minutes), and then coat it in panko.

Fry tofu

Fry the breaded tofu either in a pan or in the air fryer and cut it into cubes.

Season fries

Season the fries with fry seasoning, place them in a bowl, and let the cheddar melt on top.

Set the bowl

Add all other ingredients and enjoy immediately.
