Vegan High-Protein Dumplings - simply delicious and rich in protein

These vegan dumplings taste just as good as the conventional ones with egg, but contain significantly more protein. Perfect for the holidays and can be easily pan-fried the next day.

In terms of taste, there is really no difference compared to the conventional ones with egg. Simply really delicious, vegan, and high in protein. Sliced and pan-fried the next day, they are even better.

  • 300.0ml Soy milk

  • 1.0Piece Onion

    diced

  • 1.0Bund parsley

    hacked

  • 50.0g applesauce

  • 1.0TL Musk

  • 1.5TL Broth

Step-by-step guide

Prepare toast

Cut the toast into cubes, pour the soy milk over it, knead briefly, and set aside.

Sauté onion

Sauté the onion until translucent, adding the parsley shortly before finishing and tossing to combine.

Shape dumpling dough

Add all remaining ingredients to the toast, knead well again, and form 5 dumplings.

Cook dumplings

Cook in a large pot of salted and gently simmering water for about 15-20 minutes.
