  • 75.0g Beetroot

  • 0.5Piece Onion

  • 200.0g Wheat gluten

  • 15.0g Hemp flakes

  • 40.0g Breadcrumbs

  • 2.0TL garlic powder

  • 1.0TL Paprika powder

  • 1.0TL Brown Sauce

  • 0.5TL Kala Namak

  • 50.0g Olive oil

Step-by-Step Guide

Blend smoked tofu, onion, and beetroot in a mixer until finely pureed.

Knead with the remaining ingredients into a smooth dough.

Shape into the desired form, first wrap in baking paper, and finally in aluminum foil.

Cook in a suitable dish for about 2 hours at 190 degrees Celsius in the oven.

Then unpack and let cool for 20 minutes.
