  • 1.0piece garlic clove

    grated

  • 75.0ml Water

  • 1.0EL Oyster sauce

  • Pasta
  • 90.0g corn flour

  • 1.0EL food starch

  • 1.0EL Turmeric

  • 1.0TL Cumin

  • Glaze
  • 60.0ml soy sauce

    reduced salt

  • 80.0ml Water

  • 1.0EL Ketchup

  • 1.0EL Sriracha

  • 1.0TL Tahini

  • 1.0EL rice vinegar

Step-by-step guide

Marinate tofu

Tear the tofu into coarse pieces and mix a marinade of mustard, garlic, water, and oyster sauce.

Add Panade

Marinate the tofu (preferably overnight, but you can also continue right away), then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix everything well

Bake tofu

Now bake the tofu for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees convection until crispy

Bring all the ingredients for the glaze to a boil in a pan until a sticky consistency is reached, then add the tofu and mix everything well.
