10-Minute Crunchy Tofu Sticks better than Nuggets

These crispy tofu sticks are ready in just 10 minutes and impress with a perfectly adhering coating. A delicious vegan alternative to classic nuggets.

Finally, I figured out how the coating sticks to smoked tofu! Usually, it is too smooth, so it falls off again, but with a certain ingredient, it worked.

Step-by-Step Guide

Cut the tofu into sticks and coat it in cornstarch until it is completely covered

Then mix all the other ingredients except for the panko and coat the tofu completely with it.

Finally coat in Panko and either fry in the Airfryer or in a pan.
