Vegan High Protein Potato Lasagna with Soy Bolognese

Step by step to the perfect vegan potato lasagna. With spicy soy Bolognese, crispy potatoes, and creamy béchamel sauce, this lasagna becomes a family favorite.

This potato lasagna tastes great for the whole family and is rich in plant-based protein. A delicious alternative to classic pasta lasagna with crispy potatoes.

Step-by-step guide

Sear

Sauté the vegan ground meat and add the onion shortly before the end.

Garlic and tomato paste

When the onion is translucent, sauté the garlic and briefly roast the tomato paste.
