Step-by-step guide

Prepare sweet potato

Pierce the sweet potato several times with a fork and bake in the air fryer at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until it is soft.

Meanwhile, sauté the ground meat, add the tomato paste, and sauté briefly as well.

Season and preserve

Reduce heat, add the water and spices, and let it simmer briefly until the desired consistency is reached.

Prepare yogurt sauce

Mix all the ingredients for the yogurt sauce and set aside.

Cut the sweet potato lengthwise and mash the inside with a fork.
