Step-by-step guide

Knead dough

Knead all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl until smooth and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Stir herbal cream

Mix all the ingredients for the herb cream until smooth and set aside as well.

Book

Roll out the dough as thinly and squarely as possible, spread with the herb cream, and evenly distribute the ham cubes, onion strips, and part of the cheese on top.

Rolling & cutting

Roll the dough as tightly as possible lengthwise and cut into spirals about 4 cm thick.

Baking

Place the snails in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining vegan grated cheese, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
