Crispy tofu with creamy Sriracha sauce in 30 minutes

Perfectly crispy tofu thanks to a double breading technique with curry powder and cornstarch. The creamy Sriracha sauce completes the dish and provides a hearty 68g of protein per serving.

If you don't know what to do with your tofu and don't have much time, this is just right. The double coating makes the tofu really crispy, and the sauce perfectly rounds it all off.

  • 2.0EL food starch

  • 2.0EL soy sauce

  • 1.0EL Mayonnaise

  • 1.0EL Crispy Chili Oil

  • 2.0TL Salt

  • 1.0TL garlic powder

  • 50.0ml soy milk

Step-by-step guide

Prepare tofu

Break the tofu into bite-sized pieces and mix with half of the curry powder and the cornstarch.

First seasoning

Add the soy sauce, stir well, and mix in the rest of the curry powder and cornstarch.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees convection, turning occasionally.

Prepare sauce

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, add the tofu, and combine well
