A hearty vegan autumn stew with smoked tofu and plenty of vegetables. Perfect for using up vegetable leftovers from the fridge. Rich in plant-based protein.

Step-by-step guide

Sauté the smoked tofu

Then gradually sauté the remaining ingredients

Stir in the tomato paste and briefly roast it.
