Step-by-step guide

1
Prepare patty mix

Combine all ingredients for the patties, except for the breadcrumbs, mix well, and let sit for 15 minutes.

2
Caramelize onions

Meanwhile, sauté the onion until translucent and caramelize it briefly at the end with the maple syrup.

3
Forming patties

Now add enough breadcrumbs to the patty mixture so that you can form balls from it (about 80g each).

4
Frying patties

Place the balls in a pan, smash them, and fry on both sides.

5
Burger layers

Now cut the pizza dough, place it in a bowl, and layer the ingredients in it gradually, as you like best.

6
Seal the dough

Finally, pinch the dough, trim off any excess dough, turn it over, and spread with vegan cream.

7
Baking

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with fan.

Was ist denn „braune Sauce“ und wo bekommt man „liquid Smoke“ her?
